The use of the services and/or contents of the portal by the user implies their adherence and express acceptance of all the General Conditions of Use in the version published on this website, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy.

These General Conditions of Use do not exclude the possibility that certain services of the portal, due to their particular characteristics, may be subject, in addition to the General Conditions of Use, to their own specific conditions of use.

Terms of use of the portal

As a general rule, the user undertakes to use the services and contents of the portal in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these General Conditions of Use, and the specific conditions of use that, where appropriate, may be applicable.   • Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.
  • Do not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for that purpose.

The contents of this website, including, among others, images, logos, graphics, animations, texts or computer applications, whatever their format, programming language and form of representation, as well as the domain name www.aparicio-abogados.com are the property of the Owner, or has acquired the corresponding rights from their owners, and are protected by the laws and international treaties on intellectual and, where appropriate, industrial property, as well as by the regulations governing domain names.

Exclusion of warranties

APARICIO ABOGADOS does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the functioning of the portal and services. Protection of Personal Data

Responsibility for content

However, if APARICIO ABOGADOS or any of them should pay any kind of compensation as a consequence of the breach mentioned in the previous paragraph, the user will reimburse to APARICIO ABOGADOS the amount paid for such reason within 60 calendar days from the notification by APARICIO ABOGADOS

Right of exclusion

APARICIO ABOGADOS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered, without prior notice at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use and/or the specific conditions of use that, where appropriate, may be applicable.

Duration and Termination

The provision of the services and/or contents of the portal has an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, APARICIO ABOGADOS is entitled to terminate, suspend or interrupt unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the provision of the portal service and / or any of the services, without prejudice to what had been provided in this regard in the relevant special conditions.
